  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • You provide a reason for the return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days once the returned product is received and inspected.

We do not provide refunds for the return of items containing biochemical/chemical formulations (such as nutrient mix cartridges or similar) unless if the items arrive damaged/compromised, in which case proof needs to be presented.
